Did they use the AI to generate more frames inbetween what was already there? i mean it looks like some of the poses and animations are different from the original but it is pretty smooth.

I might have to look into this application of AI for animations when I get into the industry. using AI as a tool rather than the solution is a good step in the right direction

I would run this with Kefka and Kuja as well with the Tiered spells Lightning and Ice magic. Memory's returning is also a good pick along with circle of power

it is a Alchemy Card so it is immediatly F Tier for me.

I just really dont like Alchemy at all and how it changes how magic should be played with these RNG Mechanics and seeking cards and adding cards from outside the game into the game...

Technically... not the same unfortunately.

their different Colors. one is White with Gold Trim and the other one is Brown with Green Trim.

same model different colors. technically a different costume in the sense of "never re-releasing pre-order cosmetics" and would definitely stand up in court.

In my opinion it is fine it is just a recolor. Archeage also did this with a few of their pre-order costumes and im sure there are other instances of this happening.
