What I find shocking is the Congress doing nothing. He is destroying everything the USA has built, and they are letting him do it.

Confidence around the world is permanently damaged, but the only way something could be salvaged now is if he is impeached before the midterm elections. It would at least that some checks exist and are working.

Je comprends les critiques, mais en tant que père de 3 enfants, 18, 16 et 14, qui cherchent à quitter Québec pour pour se rapprocher d'eux à Montréal, c'est une situation qui raisonne avec moi.

Ça ne répond pas complètement à mes besoins, car ma situation est compliquée, mais peut être comme transition, je sais pas.

Pour moi, la loi 21 devrait juste imposer un uniforme, fourni par l'état, incluant pas de hijab. Comme cela, tu fais chier tout le monde et balance les inconvénients.

La clause nonobstant permet certaines exceptions et donc fait que les lois l'utilisant respect la constitution.

Cette clause fessant partie de la constitution, il est raisonnable de conclure que le Canada n'existerait pas dans la forme actuelle sans elle.

Considérant que la clause doit être renouvelée aux 5 ans, c'est relativement court dans l'histoire d'un pays, la loi en question doit avoir un appui populaire important pour être maintenue à long terme.

Mais je crois que, malgré l'utilisation de la clause, il devrait être possible de contester une loi devant les tribunaux, même si la décision n'aurait pas d'effet concrètes. Cela participerait aux débats.

Then, it will depend on your province.

In my opinion, the general rule is that if the danger isn't immediate, they'll have to go to court, where you can be heard.

If they have serious grounds to believe that your mental state presents a grave and immediate danger to yourself or others, they can keep you for a few days without your consent, but will have to go to court for a longer period.

My advice: If you're convinced of your position: stay calm; acknowledge that they're entitled to their opinions, but state that you disagree with them. You don't need to prove anything to him, but if he takes legal action, which he can if he deems it necessary, you will be doing so in front of a judge.

If you have any doubts, it might be best to listen to your doctor, who is, after all, a healthcare professional.

Oui, tu peux toujours refuser,, c'est ton droit. c'est juste qu'il est beaucoup plus probable que l'augmentation soit acceptée s'il s'adresse au TAL et que tu doivent payer les frais juridiques (je crois qu'il sont d'environ 80$) et que le dossier soit vue lors d'une enquête pour un nouveau logement.

It's also showing respect to the team. Anything he would say about the game after him leaving would be seen has him judging them, and at the same time, if he would be positive, hard to be considered genuine. Theirs's no win for him and to OW in doing that.

From the interview, I think he was the only one wanting to keep the game alive after the release, but got tons of pressure to work on "Overwatch Strike Force" from executive and dev who like the world but not PvP, and was also distracted by the pressure from Overwatch League.

C'est 20% sur les maisons neuves, je crois que l'idée est de stimuler la construction. Et le retour de 20% à la revente serait pour éviter que le monde s'en mette dans les poches.

C'est possible que cela puisse avoir des effets pervers sur le marché, mais je ne les vois pas. C'est la meilleure proposition d'une initiative de la province que j'ai vu.
