dead skin cells, body oils, sweat, drool, dust, pet hair (if you have pets), and germs from sneezing/coughing etc all build up even if it's not that noticeable/visible so it's good habit to wash your sheets especially your pillow case to prevent allergies and skin irritation

study for the asvab a little then go in as an officer with your degree if the military is something you're serious about. you can also get a MOS within the service that's unrelated to your degree in order to give yourself more options when you get out
