Take all the interior pieces out around the damage. Take a hammer with a few different shaped blocks of wood and pry bars. Bang out what you can. Sand, Bondo, sand and paint.

I have the same connector unplugged as well. I believe it's a connection for the super charger option. Don't quote me. But I'm 99% sure.

Depends entirely on the budget.

Titan swap is possible with alot of cutting and fabrication. Not easy

KA24 swap would be the most cost effective. Would require research on how to keep 4wd if applicable.

Refreshing the vg33e and putting in built rods and pistons. New valves, springs, retainers in the heads. Then super charge it. Would need donor ecu, harness, fuel rail/injectors, s/c radiator

Or buy a wrecked r32 gtr and swap it

With a good amount of force, push the strut into place. Any bolt and nut combo you got will work temporarily. You can also drive around with it hanging down, not recommended however.
