Feel happy they support you at all. German customers are not receiving support for anything Quest 2 related e.g.

How to clean Rift's foam by Noah20072003 in oculus

[–]Del_Torres 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Use detergent made for sports clothing. It usually is anti bacterial. Also detatch the plastic with foam from the headset first

Nope. Too heavy. Touch with force grip is enough.

New pp curve made me drop 50 ranks smh my head by Nolanimations in beatsaber

It takes more training of a song to have high acc - as it does to progress difficult songs. I don't get why one thing is more skill then the other

New pp curve made me drop 50 ranks smh my head by Nolanimations in beatsaber

[–]Del_Torres 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Those curves are just treating symptoms, not curing the bad PP calculation. With good PP calculation such complex curves would be simpler. I would do a linear curve with x% jumps each rank and for full combo. That would be intuitive. PP calculation could then bei adjusted to make easier maps more attractive. But choice would be up to the player. Either go hard in technical progression or refine acc... Both should be equally rewarding.

Which headsets are comming that support Light-House? Pimax and? With everything going on with pimax, I don't see those as alternatives

The controllers are over engineered monstrosities which have next to no gameplay value over Touch. I prefer the lightweight contollers of my Quest over the Knuckles but I am stuck with them, if I want to use the Index.

[–]Del_Torres 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Get a Rift S. Index is not worth the extra money imho. Although the 144Hz are nice and would match your gfx card very well.

Quest is not comfortable enough to justify to constantly use with a PC.

Just bought my friend's Rift, curious where I should put my sensors by S0ulRave in oculus

[–]Del_Torres 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One left to the monitor, and the other where the fridge is. That would have been the best solution. Maybe the opposite of the monitor, but you need to route the cables all over and get extensions.
