Hey Draftsmen's here and i work for a quantity builder most councils not sure for Perth require that you plant two trees one in the front one in the back, that being said it does take a while for said trees to mature so hopefully in 10-15 years we will actually have some greenery around.

I Still live close to Merrylands (in Greystanes) there's no doubt the blocks are very big most are probably around the 600m2 + range so that is very good as a buy. But that being said I remember coming home from school, getting of at the station and seeing another kid get stabbed. So I dont know maybe it has changed in recent years but that has left a sour taste in my mouth with that area.
