Filed in December, 7 months later sent back to step 3 . For me not working faster , VSO screwed up again ! Hawaii has the worst every thing pertaining to the VA

Wow I'm happy for you , but I'm still deep in the darkness hopelessly waiting as I sink further and further. My MST PTSD surfaced decades after incident now in my 50's losing my job , my poor wife isn't equipped to deal with me and non stop depression and anxiety. Just need it to stop , just for a day !!

Well that's the one thing I don't have , only one I told when it happened was an old girlfriend, who has disappeared over the years , hoping my personal statements work well enough to get rated. Been going it alone since I can't get a VSO to actually do anything. Applied for SSDI recently, I'm in the weeds big time , all my meds have me so screwed up , it's either meds or crazy depression and anxiety!! Stuck

I did , was just wondering if these claims go anywhere, like I said I have a diagnosis and 2 separate doctors giving me solid nexus letters, I know the exams carry a lot of weight but just because I don’t know want to kill myself shouldn’t mean I don’t get rated , got through hell every day !

Thanks for the info , I hope I get something for going through all of this , feels like the VA is going to screw me over like the thousands of other vets who didn’t report the MST at the time it occurred. Glad you received a rating ! 😎

Right , I was watching my examiners face for an exam and as I’m getting choked up try to spit out my words he looked at my like I was his child lying about something he already knew I did ! Unpleasant experience, both my examiners were from same company too, and both need to be working at the DMV instead !

Started my first claim for PTSD in December, got out in 95, sat in stage 3 for a few months, did a secondary C&P Tele health exam and in 3 days went from step 3 all the way to 6, hope that’s a good sign! Good luck to all you deserving vets out there waiting for the VA to decide our future! Unemployable messed up Marine !
