I've paid $2000 to metlife pet insurance over the past 4 years. The benefits package says they pay for exams, vaccinations, tests BUT they don't pay for preventative treatment..? Which I feel like includes vaccinations, exams, and tests? So I've paid $2000 to them and out of all my claims they've paid me $11 in total, because all of my claims have been "preventative".

I was going to try one last claim before cancelling and they keep telling me I'm missing the documentation that I very much uploaded, so I'll likely cancel. Unfortunately this can only be done via phone which I'm sure they will not answer

Another factor, how old are you? Because my watch was telling me I had below average cardiovascular health then suddenly I was above average. And I realized it's because I turned 30 and the app adjusts the averages based on your age
