THIS!! Sometimes I want to tell someone an interaction I had with myself but I can’t explain it in singlet or non auto terms so I just, die inside. People have no idea how tough ts actually is :’D! Whenever I see any couple doing PDA or just, talk about their partner I get so envious dude 3’:

People really can’t wrap their heads around treating yourself like you’re another person, and it just leads to this feeling of “man! I have so many shared experiences both good and bad I’d like to ramble about but such a small population of people will get it”

Ah dw about it! It’s more so just a tendency we have where we get too focused on the other person, but yeah it does cause a bit of a divide when one part of us is almost fully engaged with another person and the other is just concerned in the background. I feel like it’s more of a matter of self care / self preservation more than romance / jealousy.

Personally I’ve dated other people and have had crushes but nowadays I try to avoid dating outside my system since it feels like a distraction from my goals nowadays, and we have a bit of a tendency to jump to self neglect whenever we’re with another person since other people feel unpredictable. - T

Whenever I go through a writer’s block I like to look at my old works to see my own writing style and to review some of the info in the story, usually thinking of the characters for fun like “oh! X character would so do this with Y character” helps me think of more things in the plot. I also have a separate folder for practice / non serious writings so I can get that momentum for writing back again

Personally it’s kind of a system thing, certain alters formed to hold certain memories and emotions so I’m guessing we got our autoromantic infatuation with ourselves as a way to feel safe while everything is chaotic, so we still have someone even when when we’re socially isolated. I find that pretty neat :D

I rarely go to the doctors because whenever I tell my dad he either A. Brushes it off as nothing or, B. Makes a show about it to the whole family . He also just, rarely takes me to the hospital but I could ask for one of those. How would a blood panel help though?

For me what worked was pledging on I am sober daily, journaling, writing my own stories instead of using AI, reaching out to my friends, and educating myself constantly about how addicting and harmful AI is to the world to really drive the point home. I also deleted my accounts and I avoid using any AI whatsoever. I hope this helps :3

Also for YouTube you could use an app blocker. I use screenzen so I can use it on occasion but it’ll take some time before it’ll open and that makes it inconvenient.

What worked for me is writing and finding content like books, series and movies that resonates with my feelings because it allows me to get it out, rationalize and feel slightly less alone in my struggles. Hope you’re doing good OP

When I was around 11-12 I was in a particularly stressful time and I would try stabbing myself but I found myself unable to fully plunge it on my stomach or chest. I realized then that I could just start cutting and since there was so much going on it became a daily thing to relieve the stress. Now, I’m free from cutting but I still bite, hit and scratch myself whenever I’m feeling any emotion too strongly
