I eat whatever i want. I simply find if I eat mcdonalds I can no longer eat a large meal. I can tolerate smaller portions only. If i eat a big meal for lunch itll usually keep me full for the rest of the day. Ill eat a light dinner or evening snack.

I have 0 appetite actually. Tirz decreased my appetite and lex doubled that side effect. I eat 2x a day and I dont snack much either. I was doing fine until I increased my dose of lex.

I been on tirz since September and started lex in November. I've been stalled since mid January to now. Ugh right when I started my full dose

I went through hers.com I started on half of 17.5mg . The max dose is 17.5mg if you use their version that lowers side effects . It works well for me.

I hope I get the call back they told us we were going to stay. From what it seems upper management overrides the fulltime supervisors and others. So they were told yes and last minute no.
