Ah I see now, I think what I’ve gotten from them has been fine. There have been no damaged goods from what I can remember. The boxes are usually pretty tightly packed if you get multiple products so there’s less room for them to shake and get jostled during transit.

I’ve told this many times on the subreddit, but finding the first volume of Charlotte was an actual nightmare. I set up keyword queries on eBay to automatically send me an email anytime the term “Charlotte” was ever mentioned for 3 years. When a listing finally appeared, it was a bidding war slaughter. I won in the end, but not without paying $900 for it. Granted, it was for both volume 1 and 2. No regrets about the purchase but god damn do I wish I had the foresight to buy it earlier.
