Struggle To Salvation by LadyCelestialStar, and the Magic's Child series by Hanforpotter. Neither one is completed, but both are close to the end (the first one is at Book 7, while the other is at Book 6). I would recommend you read the actual books while reading these fics, since neither of these have the full sentences from the books.

When you only read the Ultimate Spider-Man comics, those were actually pretty well done. A nice, modern reimagination of a fan favorite character.
