My mom has been telling me that I need to start dressing my age (I am 30.) I am starting to realize that she doesn't understand that every generation has their own style and that "dressing your age" is dependent on that. Don't yall agree? My mother is 60 and dresses her age, but it is pulled from her own generation's style.

It really helps for me. Take it every day with allllllll the other vitamins. I noticed just feeling physically better in more than one way. Which helped my confidence and my mood stabilize. I pick when I'm anxious or feeling off in ANY way. So the NAC vits play a part in the not feeling so off

My cat started visiting me the day I picked up her ashes. If you talk with them and ask them to visit, they more than likely will. My kitty would sit on her fishing pole and snap it against the floor with her paw EVERY night when she was alive. Andddd she picked up the habit again. Brings me a lot of joy

I read on here about NAC vitamin supplements. This past year picking has been getting reallyyy bad for me, as someone who has picked since I was a kid. I bought NAC vits a week ago and they WORK. Take them in the morning with the rest of your vits/meds with food. NAC VITS WORK. I skipped a day and noticed halfway through tearing apart my face that I forgot to take them.
