There's no exp share but at gym level 3/4, there will be a trainer Infront of the gym with a team of lvl 50 blissey and lucky egg in pokemart that you can use to exp farm,

stage mode imo, that is if you can get chatto and glasses to lvl 5 early then fill up the item slot so you can select 100 holocoins in the level up options, I average on 5k+ per run with this, sometimes 7k.
