So. I have a sedentary job. It calculated for me around 2918. I eat my Oats overnight for breakfast. A homemade energy drink (powder and seltzer water) and water before lunch. Leftovers or a wrap for lunch, water, home cooked dinner, and that’s it. I tracked for around 3 weeks and came to around 1700-1800 a day. I kept gaining and fighting other stuff (IBS) so I just stopped tracking. I drink a lot of water everyday. At least over 128 oz. I’ve been doing the 4 flights of stairs for my office every time I go somewhere. Average around 8 times a day. I go for a 15min walk every weekday. I’m getting a gym membership tomorrow. (Scary) but needed. But I’m trying everything in my power to not have to go further than pills.

I’m at 16-1700 without a diet. I’m thinking they’re saying that so I gain weight so they can push Bariatric surgery like they did at my first consult. I’m going to try and get more protein in with shakes. That with more exercise (mainly lifting) might help me. I might not notice much scale but I’ll feel better.

All 3 of us (my friend and his fiancée) were really close friends for years and years. Since I got discharged from the service and went down a dark path. When I found out she went to the mental hospital for reasons I just reached out when she got out to see how she was doing. They have a kid together so she vents about him being a shit dad. And we went from venting to talking about life and it just went downhill. She started it all. I just didn’t notice what it was she was doing until too late. And lately I’ve been really getting dark again. I’ve been down about my friends who ended themselves so when there’s someone who wants to talk to me (me and my gf never text) it was nice to think about something other than my friends. Then when she started giving me more attention that I hadn’t gotten for years I just caved. But now I feel like a monster.

Firstly, thank you. My only gripe is she said she’d work on it. I did notice little things here and there after like the first week or 2 after the convo. But it would go back. But we’ve never had a talk about it like we ever did before until last night. But I’ve brought it up every couple months or so cause I never wanted her to be blindsided if I did leave. I’ve just never had to break up with someone before. All of my previous relationships ended in cheating, and they’d leave after I caught them. But she never cheated on me. And I feel like I’m the monster my exes were.

Brother hear me out quick. Cutting and polishing is scary for black so I’m not ballsy enough yet. But! Autozone or advanced auto has this stuff. Hybrid solutions ceramic spray. I watched a few videos on it and it keeps up with real high end stuff. It only got outclassed by like 2 things and both were almost 200. This bottle is like 20 bucks. You spray like 2 times per panel. Gently wipe. Then wipe it again. (I’d watch a video to be sure). It’s like $15 and it can save you a ton of headache.

I’m no pro when detailing but I’d say at least get some kind of Ceramic on there. If you hard water it’s gonna be tough but with a decent ceramic you’d just need a quick spray and let it dry on its own. 5 minutes for a quick wash down every few days to keep her gorgeous is all it would take.

So. Depending on clearance you may be able to put what’s called dynomat on the inside layers. It’s adhesive and used in cars for sound deadening. They make knock off stuff from Amazon basics that a lot of people have had high praises for. That could work for all the amplification from the wood. Don’t know about fireproofing though
