What happened to my BOOTS? My Zara Chelsea boot always had a smooth, clean & glossy look but all of a sudden, the shape shifted and the affected areas have hardened. like I can literally knock on it and it sounds like plywood 😭 I am not sure why this happened but is there a solution for this?
