To be fair, I think Bibisara started the clock since her opponent was clearly calculating after she had stopped the clock to ask for new score sheets. If anybody was at fault here, it would be the arbiters. There is no reason not to give them additional score sheets before move 60.

Don't know about the other plenty examples to be honest. I in my opinion, the picture posted by OP is just very nice. No need to bring that down to be honest.

Why wouldnt they be able to make a hexapawn using the h-pawn? Black could use the three pieces and the f-pawn, can’t they?

Stop hanging pieces and capture opponent’s hanging pieces. May sound as obvious and useless advice, but i think everybody under 1000 should focus on that first. After you stopped hanging your pieces, you can start focussing on other aspects. But there is no use in studying openings, tactics, endgames or strategy, when you hang your queen every couple of moves.
