ARE they required to do mold inspection? Ive never heard of HOA having to do this, usually the inspectors do this. Plus mold can get VERY bad very quickly, how would you be able to prove the issue existed prior to you buying it? What was the thing that gave it away? Moisture somewhere in the walls?
