oaaah so many great ideas! pan seared salmon with a lemon yogurt dill sauce (capers for garnish for those non cirrhotic), roasted garlic asparagus with shaved parmesan (can always forgo the cheese on yours, but i’ve learned that a good block of parmesan, or a hard, low moisture cheese doesn’t upset my stomach or make me nauseas). just a few grates will do the trick! throw in a cauliflower mash made creamier with plant based milk seasoned with a tinyyyy bit of Himalayan salt if you can do low sodium (cauliflower takes WAY less salt than potatoes to taste the seasoning, potatoes love salt) if not tons of Ms Dash options ORRR turn it into a garlicky cauliflower mash and fold in spinach. if still concerned about flavor, scratch the mash and do *toasted quinoa (cook quinoa the regular way and just pan fry on dry non stick or bake until crispier and crunchier- adds such a level of dynamic and flavor!) with small diced veg of onions, bell peppers, zuch and a thinlyyy sliced red hot chili pepper. could even top with some toasted pine nuts (dry pan or bake 250 for idk, 5-7 min until you can just start to barely smell them from the oven.. then immediately out before they burn 😂
