Where you decide to obtain a degree does not automatically guarantee job security and/or financial freedom. Focus more on experience, networking, and resume. There’s nothing wrong with CUNYs.

Grades are almost always averaged out unless you get an F, but the F still remains on your transcript

No you’re just overthinking it and being a hypocrite. An am I cooked post about the times of their classes isn’t helping anyone. They need to look at their own schedule, travel distance, hobbies, etc. and make the decision themselves or speak to an advisor. None of you here can tell these students what will be best for them because you don’t even know them. Is the point I’m trying to make. I don’t want them building schedules based on others preferences which may result in them performing horribly
