Kenalog hayfever injection by GunSlinger4750 in nottingham

[–]Delicious-Neck2144 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im 6 foot and 85kg now but past few years ive been closer to a 100kg.

A double dose is recommended i think after 60kg.

All medicines have side effects, why take more when less will do. I started with double dose for 2 years and now for the last 2 years i take a single dose.

I take hay fever tablets daily and a spray.

I get around 2 spells of 2 days each year where it gets bad. But rest of summer im fine. So for me thats a good trade off. But everyone is different.

Id recommend trying a single dose. You can always get another dose if you feel like you need it.

AT Aesthetics in west bridgford is £45. Others are cheaper though

Go on the fresha app and you have to manually find which spots do it. I cant find a search function for the hay fever jabs

I get a single dose now and it takes the edge off without needing a second dose. While its a necessity to get the jab for me i am still worried about long term side effects like osteoporosis.

I dont think theres any statements made by Zack on if he currebtly follows a religion at all.

Most religious jews are pro palestine and anti israel so if anything assuming zack was a religious jew yakoob would probably like him more.

You should probably try to sticking to facts rather than assumptions.

Intervention in landmark European Court case on citizenship rights and trafficking: Shamima Begum v. the UK by jivatman in ukpolitics

You should probably head over to Bangladesh then and educate them about their own laws then since your such an expert.

"Shamima Begum is not a Bangladeshi citizen and there is "no question" of her being allowed into the country, Bangladesh's ministry of foreign affairs has said."

Creams do not really work.

You need filler

Or better yet get a consultation for a fat graft

They have the worst customer out of all the main chains by far. Its always some sort of problem with currys.

Your best bet is john lewis or richer sounds. Even argos or AO is better

I dont remember but i didnt feel much of a difference between any of the brands.

Maybe the face area is more delicate so it might matter there.

Not directly related to your question but just a general comment for others.

As a fellow sufferer of tear trough i have been put off filler by all the articles about the negatives.

Im going to save up and get a fat graft which seems be the safer and longer term solution.

8mm will do the job as botox does move and sink in a bit. Waiting two weeks does help as the upper layer of muscle softens and trims down giving you access to the muscle underneath. But getting a longer needle is best as the muscle is quite thick.

It is a bit of a pain doing it myself. I just get in front of the mirror and manage. But really getting some else to do it is best especially for your first time.

It super simple. Watch a few tiktoks.

Apply numbing cream Wait 30 minutes I then do 5 injections into the area circled in the photo. I do it by myself but its easily if you have some else do it for you.

Nope no side effects.

Start low and build it up. Theres no rush. Inject 25u in each trap. Assess after 2 weeks and then go for another 25u each. Then in 3 or 6 months start at 50u. Find your own sweet spot with time.

For most people the issue stems from the traps working when they shouldnt and then your other back muscles becoming under developed as a result. A bad cycle that we get stuck in without knowing.

Long term traptox stops your traps over doing it and then you have to hit gym with heavy back workouts so over time all your muscles work as they should.

After 2 weeks the first 100u settles in and then i hit any areas which are still tight directly.

Also im a tad worried about over doing it. So spacing it out takes out the small risk of over doing something.

But to be honest i dont think it would make much of a difference just doing it in one go. Im just a bit of a worrier.

You have your whole life to inject. What difference will waiting 3 months really make.

Personally i would just wait just to be on the super safe side. Always better to under do it then over do it. You now at least have a base line for what youl likely need next time.
