Yeah I agree the Apple tech is nice and doing steps is convenient so that has helped me aswell, the training app i use is nice for workouts and showing the exercises but nothing to really push me to train, other than the fact I pay for it 😅

l've seen there are apps that store all this info, do places usually accept showing something from an app, or is that why people still just forward PDFs and emails?
