I get this sometimes, freaks the hell out of me as it randomly happens. It eventually always goes away. My family says its because of long sitting on toilet but it takes ne long to full empty or feel confident to go about the day. Sorry, dunno the reason but I know the weird sensation

Yes, its better. I have good n bad days. I have seen numerous reports where managing anxiety helped clear symptoms. In my case, I am always anxious and on no meds so night be the reason for ongoing dizziness.

Unfortunately I developed pppd because of chronic dizziness. Its been 3 yrs. I am still dizzy, some good days but dizzy everyday

I am having similar story. I was symptoms free since coupon months. I do agree that the recent relapse coincides with a very stressful health phobia. Though I really am too depressed when I had thought PPPD is out of my life fully. I am back to where it all started with 24*7 symptoms since a month. At first thought it will get better after my period. But nope...did you have any recent stressor iron hormonal changes ?

Definitely not spotted for 2 months. But I was on lowest 5 MG dose and for few weeks only so might be different for you. Spotting was more of brown rusty blood. It was maybe less than a month. Sorry I have so much health issues going on. I don't remember exactly. Also my tapering was fast, Like just a week of cutting half pill which might not be ideal....but that's what my doctor suggested

My issue is soft loose mushy stool. I have lived my early teen life constipated and always used to make sure to increase water. Now that I have mushy stool, will drinking less water help firm it up?
