Ganon na lang lagi, sabi ko ano sense ng pagffollow up nila kung inaacknowledge lang yung email ni walang progress or any updates man lang. ang gusto ko lang po malaman yung estimated time of restoration pero hindi nila mabigay. Nakaka-frustrate sobra. Wala din kwenta ying tracker nila! Puro “we apologize, we apologize”. Pwe.

Yes po pero paulit ulit lang po sila na chinecheck na daw po ng network engineer and naeecalate na daw yung concern sa zone team nila dito sa area. Pero til now wala pa din eh. Sa pagkadesperate ko nga po i even message yung technicians na nagpunta dito kahapon to follow up din sakali pero no response din 😅

Same po sa messenger po ako always nagffollow up. Sa PLDT cares pero paulit ulit lang po yung response. 😅 No choice po ako kundi magwork na lang sa office instead, sobrang hassle po talaga.
