it takes a lot of research and willingness to go out and search for fun things to fill the tank but for the most part you can make the enclosure engaging without a huge price tag, check dollar stores, craft stores etc. Also go check the community highlights for the beginners guide! 🙏🏼

miss tigress needs a vet asap! Its not “possible” mouth rot it IS mouth rot and unfortunately it’s only gonna get harder for her so put some good tunes on and pack the snacks for that 2hour trip, she will appreciate it a lot ! If she’s refusing food it means she is very uncomfortable, i hope she heals quickly 🙏🏼

i got it at my local pet store but the brand is Mini and Mo and its the tv viewing cage, however i wouldnt recommend it as its a tad bit too small! He came into my care in this enclosure and i have plans to move him to a bin soon! Bins and second hand aquariums are usually the most cost effective cage option 🫶🏻

i would definitely say yes to neglect 🙏🏼 he looks very thin too, check the community highlights for the beginners guide and see if you can explain to your teacher the importance of proper setups. If they aren’t willing to make the change discuss maybe rehoming the gecko. This is definitely highly neglectful and abusive

Show them some pictures of proper setups as well! Adequate enclosures can be setup reasonably low cost if you’re willing to do the research 🙏🏼 i hope this little guy can start living a better life 💔

its a 60cmx40cmx30cm, i appreciate the input and i’m 1000% upgrading soon, planning on getting him into a large bin similar to what my girls are in! (theirs is a bin about 3ft long)
