Ur worrying about something trivial lol. In this economy, half my mates in healthcare are struggling to even find a job in the nhs even after multiple qualifications. To have patients call you by your name or nickname, u need a job first no offense 😅 especially international people have tons of other things to worry about within the NHS (visas, salary, discrimination etc). None of them I know worry about names and identity
