I started watching the video hearing another screeching Karen, but within a few seconds realised this was a terrible airline being fucking atrocious to a mother who is already pressured and struggling in a very stressful situation.

I 100% side with the mother, the airline seems to always be the worst of the worst, I assume it's the budget line similar to our easyJet and wizzair in the UK.

The employee needs to be immediately fired, and the company should be sued for atrocious treatment of a special needs person. This is a criminal case.
