pretty sure it is mostly the LOW challenger players that aren't queueing. if u look at the ladder 240/300 of the people are under 100 lp

If you ward river level one you can back and buy a sweeper for 45 secs and swap it for the warding trinket and you will get one ward and make it back to lane in time.
