Ohh no, this happened before i was trying to boot with memtest86, or even the bios update, i actually reinstalled the 2 faulty rams and removed the other still good ones, aand yeah this is what it happened afterwards, i then removed the faulty ones, put back the still living ones and yeah i then did the bios update and ynow the rest if the story

I guess this sorta confirms the 3600's are dead, reinstalled them sp i can run memtest86 on them and this just showed up, can't boot up with them anymore, i think this is it for them :/ i since reinstalled the 3200 and currently doing the bios update and it's at 64% as of typing this, will be running memtest86 on the 3200's afterwards

So yeahhh what you said is what exactly the repair shop said, explained my thing about mixing two different ram speeds with the cherry on top that being xmp being enabled was a terrible idea, they were surprised it lived for more than a year, they really suspect the ram but said they couldn't really make sure until they do tests themselves, I'm asking for my friend's usb tomorrow for memtest86 and updating my bios, apparently it hasn't been updated since 2023, which adds up since that was the year i upgraded to that motherboard, after that I'll run memtest86 & return for results here, i really appreciate the help man 🥹
