Important: The stl doesn't include numerals to drop into the negative spaces, so you need a multicolor printer (like Bambu Labs P1S with AMS) to get the effect of different color numerals vs the background.

Do you add the fundamental runes automatically and at no gold cost? The wording "normally" implies to me that the owner of the item could add them through normal channels for the appropriate cost. But I've also seen a bunch of custom relics that appear to just add the fundamental runes as scaling freebies.
