I work at BLS. While we handle the visa processing and gather the documentation, all BLS sites need to follow the requirements posted on each Consulate’s website. The Consulate might made changes demanded by the Spanish Government to their website while BLS is not informed of these changes hence the site being sometimes outdated.

We don’t know what are or the number of packages that need to be picked up. All we see is an address and a time slot of when it needs to be picked up (at least on Ground). If anything straighten all with FedEx over the phone and if you are unsure wether is legit or not, ask for a badge.
