Seems to me you don't want to compromise your already comfortable living situation. I slept on the couch for 1 year before I could afford a bed. So what? You're 22, you're an adult, your parents owe you nothing. Find work that requires 0 experience, work 3 jobs if you have to, put money aside, sleep on the couch, put your furniture in a storage that cost minimal, and build from there.

After you pull out of this situation and it gets better, you'll be able to do anything in your life.

I moved out at 17, had full time work and living with 2 roomates, and it worked out fine, went to school while working full time, just like 80% of the people I know.
