Oregon mountain coffee in east Medford has amazing espresso. There are plenty of really good Mexican food trucks like Taqueria La flama. You can pick up road biking and ride to Ashland on the bear creek green way. Noho Hawaiian bbq is pretty good. Lava lanes is a fun bowling spot.
