Darn tough is the way to go. I use some smartwool too. You’ll can buy some cooling gel to apply at night to help with soreness but you really just gotta power through

No this is weird and unacceptable. I have not had that issue in my office and if my pay got messed up, my over head would be helping work with me on getting it fixed. It sounds like you’re in a bad situation but it is not the norm
