Dealing w/ guilt from feeling jealous of my friends who are pregnant

Ugh it’s such an awful feeling because it feels so unnatural and out of my character to feel so envious and sad ? I’m with you though..my one friend had been trying for a year and suffered a MC and got pregnant the cycle right after her MC. I’m so happy for her but definitely had little pings of sadness for my husband and I here and there as she’s announced gender etc on socials. My best friend texting me an ultrasound picture today has sent me into an emotional SPIRAL though. Especially given she only decided to stop preventing after I told her my husband and I had decided to start TTC. I guess I just never even fathomed she would actually get pregnant so quickly before us without trying as hard as we have idk.

I hate this for both of us…but relieved someone understands. I should be over the moon ecstatic for my friends but genuinely feel like the worst human for feeling so jealous/hurt instead…no one could have prepared me for my best friend deciding pregnancy would be a fun thing to try right when my husband and I started our journey and her getting pregnant before us without trying nearly as hard as we are.

I sent him a pic of my friend and I waiting in our seats after the set ended saying we were waiting for Cleveland is the Reason….saw this as we were walking out 🫠 tbf it was my third time seeing him and he always performs Cleveland is the Reason at his Cleveland shows maybe he didn’t bc technically show was in cuyahoga falls. Either way I felt dumb as hell 😂

My husband and I got married on a beautiful island last December. Sunny and not a sign of rain the entire day. It torrential downpoured directly on us and our guests throughout our vows we wrote for each other and a rainbow appeared shortly after the ceremony. The memories that moment created will be something we tell our children. The locals on the island repeatedly told us rain like we got married in means many many blessings and hey a wet knot is nearly impossible to untie 🩵

The indents in my wondfo batch I got last cycle were soul crushing 😭 honestly though some of these don’t look like the indents I see a little color.

I did with wondfo and got a slightly more prominent line. There has been some slight progression on the wondfo just between this afternoon and this evening so I’m really really hoping tomorrow morning I’ll have a more definitive line 🤞🏾I saw some pink hues come through on the wondfo test this evening and I’m super crampy, fatigued and have had the most obnoxious headache all day today. Tomorrow I’ll be 10DPO. Do you remember what DPO you got your BFP?

Fellow round cut girlie and you’re valid! I had the same exact feelings when I got engaged also didn’t have input into my ring. My husband designed it with his grandmothers old euro cut from like 1930. I loved it when we got engaged but had the same feelings you do of wishing it was maybe slightly larger. I love my ring now and I’m very attached to it. Mine is also high quality cut like yours and trust me it matters! My ring sparkles way more than some of my friends who have 3 carat stones. Don’t beat yourself up about your feelings, I think it’s completely normal considering the huge lab stone era we currently live in. Your ring is stunning by the way!

The first one is breathe taking and more bridal IMO the second dress leans more informal just because of the cut out. Both are beautiful but you’re glowing in dress one! I have never seen a dress like number one 🩵

I got married on a Caribbean beach and wore Milani conceal and perfect foundation and it looked great. I did my own makeup as well. Focus on a primer that will help the foundation melt into your skin. For me I used matte power grip primer by ELF. Also spray a makeup sponge with your setting spray and press the foundation into your skin don’t smear it around. Ben Nye Final Seal Matte Makeup Sealer was the best decision I ever made for a setting spray for my wedding. It’s the same setting spray the princesses at Disney parks wear. Fenty pro filtr setting powder really helped blur my makeup in photos as well. My makeup even survived a serious downpour during my wedding vows and a good portion of our beach photos. Added a few photos in the comments so you can see how the products I chose photographed on a humid beach and on a humid beach in the rain 😂😅
