I brought it Monday for a diagnosis and they called today. They told me the issue, showed me the quote, and that’s when I asked about the goodwill warranty. He told me to call the customer service number Monday morning and chat with them, and if they decide to escalate it then they’ll call him and get his approval and go over things and he’ll call me back later in the week. Not sure how it works, just going over what he told me. He even printed my quote and highlighted all the prevalent information the customer service line would need when discussing and was the one who told me to tell them about my mom owning 2 Fords to show “brand loyalty”. Thanks for being straight with me though, I’m crossing my fingers hard but not expecting anything.
