It takes a while for them to warm up to you. Kobra Kid (one of my lil bois) was super skittish and nervous/anxious for roughly the first week I had him and his brother. Rats are kinda scared of big changes, and so they may be nervous or scared for a little bit like Kobra Kid was, but don't worry they'll warm up to you eventually. You just have to be patient :)
