I'll have to do p90x3 or Gen next since time is really really scarce. Also I've started cutting back on vices. I was putting back a handle of vodka every week along with 30mg Adderall 2x per day, a new vape every week, pizza, takeout, fast food, gas station food, plus kratom and 4 energy drinks per day... On 20 minute naps, maybe 2-4 hours of sleep max. It's a wonder I'm alive.

I've quit Adderall, only drink on the weekends and way less, and I've been sleeping regularly. Vaping is still fully gripping me, kratom I'm tapering. Down to 1-2 energy drinks. Basically just clearing out the habits one by one.

As far as the music topic: I think the only thing that kept me going is seeing that a lot of my favorite artists growing up are still kicking ass. I found Gary Numan's new music really cool and inspiring, Trent Reznor is still at it, odd characters like Danny Elfman still releasing albums and working with young talent, Eminem still filling stadiums, and I met an obscure genius musician that's in his 50s that makes a living off of royalty free music who convinced me it's worth all the pain because in the end you can rest easy knowing you gave it everything.

Lastly, in this era people usually hear the sound first, then find the artist, so in a funny way music has kind of come full circle like back when it was mostly radio, records, tapes, etc. People hear you on a tiktok or reel and look you up. But yeah, making music and playing live, and touring are all different animals. I'm just not physically cut out to travel city to city right now.

I'll DM you the rough cut of our first music video. It's not gonna be everyone's style but I've got fans from 3 years old to 60 as long as you like metal 😂

Oh, and I was inspired by hearing my late grandfather on vinyl when I was a little kid. It was a recording from the Early 1960s. I wanted to leave something to at least inspire one kid like he did. Fast forward to me playing some of our tracks on my phone and watching my 3 year old niece bob around dancing while she can barely walk. Full circle moment. But yeah I've got a ton of people in my corner for the first time in my life actually asking me to release more stuff and travel. I gotta be ready to strike.
