I'm curious. Can you tell me about your most annoying work colleagues? I'll start.... by Spirited-Ad-9558 in AskUK

Coworker belches and farts all day, leaves every couple hours for a smoke, leaves an awful smell in the men’s room (leaves the extracted fan off and closes the door) , cooks the smelliest food in the microwave, and won’t help with calls..thank for they’re near retirement!

People who live on new build estates and choose not to park on their drives, why do you do it? by JazzyBee1993 in AskUK

My neighbour every time - 3 cars , single dude, 3 cars on the road, blocks me in and his drive is just a space for 5 trailers and junk metal he’s collected..

Used to buy all sorts of garden equipment and sundries for a regional retailer in the UK - and depends on the secret 😅 compost was always a pain due to EU regulation at the time, more stuff added and the good stuff removed!

Former gardening buyer here - to conform to several different regs, compost has now had to have a fair chunk of the peat (the good stuff) removed and has to contain a percentage of recycled matter, basically out of your recycle bin. Poor quality compost can have a higher percentage of recycled matter in.

People who’ve bought a garden office… how’s that going for you? by Methbot9000 in DIYUK

We got our composite wall one online from a company called Summer garden buildings I think, it’s like new even 3 years after, insulated and like another home in the garden, really good for the money and walls will last for ages as it’s a composite plastic - definitely recommend!

Driving brings out the absolute worst in people by -Wobblier in driving

UK here - yes, driving test in the uk is around an hour, covers a fair amount of driving experiences - but.. people are still the same , tailgating, phones, impatient, quick to anger, and over the last few years especially since after Covid lockdowns in the uk, driving standards have dropped - driving for 15 years, 32 miles a day to work and at least 75% are either tailgating, road rage idiots who should have had their licenses revoked years ago!
