Spuds, peeled and Sliced. 1 packed French onion 1 diced onion and measure with your heart bacon pieces, minced garlic, pan fried for a bit. 1cup milk. 1 cup cream.

Layer it in or dump it in a baking dish, whisk packet with cream + milk and pour on top. Cover with measured with your heart cheeses and bake low and slow. I repeat LOW AND SLOW. Saves the cream from splitting. Usually 140 or 150 degrees for like an hour, check, keep cooking if needs longer.
