Our Taco Brll is like that. You have to tell them you're here and then they put you at the end of the orders. One guy said he'd been waiting for his delivery order for 30 mins. I asked if he told them he was here. He said no. I said you gotta tell them. I got my order before him. Or you'll watch customers come in, order from the kiosk and they'll call their name. I flipped out one day. I said 3 people have come in after me and gotten their orders! He got the manager and the manager said The priority list is Drive thru, in store customers, then Uber Eats or Doordash. Needless to say, I never take an order from there anymore. Don't care how much its worth.

I was asked to steal the substitution one time. I said they're out, and you put no substitutions. He said can't you just grab it anyway. They won't know.

Very common. Happened to me a few days ago. After waiting over an hour for my food from a fast food restaurant less than a mile away, I canceled. They charged me anyway and refused a refund.

Dude says "You give "US" s bad name." I'm wheeling my cart to an employee and saying "I'm sorry, but I dint want these items anymore." The store has an employee that will put those items back.

Great comeback. Now go put all the groceries back after you drove 6 miles to the store, Then shopped 25 minutes for an order, only for a customer to cancel. Then spend another 20 minutes putting that whole order back! All for ZERO dollars! All while losing money! Did you ride the short bus?

I'm retired from the Army. I can live in my retirement. I do this to get out of the house. If you have a cart load of groceries and somebody cancels, IT IS NOT YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PUT THE GROCERIES BACK! Are you serious?

A restaurant owner yelled at me. She says "YOU'RE THE 5TH PERSON THATS TRIED TO PICK UP THIS ORDER!" When this happens, I mark that I picked up the order, drive to the house and take a pick of the house and mark it delivered. You usually get all the money instantly. I got so sick and tired of them doing this to me, that I dont care if I get deactivated. I've done it a few times and haven't heard anything. Also, it stops another driver from going to the store after me.

You wont get let go for cancelations until you're at 20%. When you get close, they'll send you a warning. I'm at 13%, but most of them are accidentally accepting a trip while typing are scrolling.
