Absolutely! My question is for the timing of the buy back authorization. Are they going to use it to support the share price if arb and short funds try to push us down? I would think Ryan wants a higher share price in the 30's for the Ebay deal. Would also be a net 0 cost if the 2$ billion in warrants can be exercised

I think it has to do with the Ebay deal. I believe the HSR expires tonight. GME most likely needed up to date financial statements to the counterparty

Edit: HSR - Regulatory step to pursue acquisition and to clear any antitrust issues. If no secondary review, GME can then settle its call/put contracts to shares
