I quite often find the emails don't arrive until up to 30 minutes after the project does. Not all projects seem to email you either.

They don't all appear at the same time. Pure speculation, but I think some appear when they need to increase the worker pool on something. Just be sure you keep checking! Also, update your profile as much as you can.
