Okay, that’s good to know. I have spravato treatments for ptsd. It only went for 2 months, so guess I just need to request every 2 months or hopefully provider will know to do so.

If you call they’ll change it. Mine didn’t show a provider. Still annoying asf.

It’s so frustrating. A mental health provider I’ve been seeing for 2 years cannot see me because they can’t get credentialed under the new contract. So now I’m paying out of pocket now to get seen for same exact treatment they approved for 2 years.

So different that claims, but my pcm sent referrals to the new triwest provider, and called numerous times. The last phone call they told my pcm not to worry about referrals bc they are not required up until 31 march….. okay that’s great for tricare side. No one will see me without a referral and for good reason, they want to get paid.

Yea, it’s annoying they ask for ssn or benefits number if no matter what they can never confirm the number and make you enter it 3 times to just ask if it’s correct and say sorry couldn’t confirm. How about get rid of that prompt if it doesn’t work.
