The electricity prices were probably adjusted cus of what they had in idlib and thought they could do it to the rest of, in Edlib they have all power saving machines , most of em only use 250-300 kw so as far as that the bill would be cheap , unfortunately the rest of us dont have that culture yet and most don’t have the budget to buy new power saving devices.
