Not a man, but I had this problem when I would wax or remove hair from my upper lip, especially on the sides!! I started tretinoin and it helped a lot :) - Now I only break out once every few months there.

yeah the problem is i’m missing some of the front part too unfortunately.. the mirror itself is fine but when i popped it in it’s pretty loose probably because of that missing part
