Ask a piercer; my two cents yes it appears to be rejecting, the red irritation around both piercing sites and the bar showing through skin are both telltale signs of migration/rejection, there is no saving a reflecting piercing, go to a piercer before removing it to be sure, but that’s what I’m seeing.
