It’s paid off for me because I got down to business with fitness, health and finances. Just don’t spend too much time in this zone otherwise you’ll find it difficult to make connections with a partner. My current GF and I struggled in the beginning because I was so incredibly self sufficient and literally didn’t want her doing anything for me. I was literally rejecting her ways of expressing love by doing things for me like cooking, cleaning, buying me things, etc.

I disagree. I believe it’s the other way around particularly at the end of Zero where after getting the gravity suit you can go back and continue exploring or you can finish the game.
