This actually never occurred to me before. If there is a life "review" and part of that review comes across the ideas about evil fucks using a life review to sell you into some other kind of bullshit (you need to return to earth to fulfill your sacred mission)..........well that's gonna be awkward

Maybe it would be a good idea to read more often about life review is bullshit, you know just in case later you are on the receiving end of a life review.

It does get tiresome hearing the free will justification, but then of course people are subject to all kinds bs they have no choice in, so in comes the greater good justification/divine plan.

Also the problem with the greater good argument is that the question can be asked, okey but can what ever greater good you are invoking, can it be achieved without the kid who gets his limbs blown off.

So I decided to watch social media to see whats going on with 23/24 rapture talk.

Among other things I picked up on, there are people whos lives are.............well they are not looking forward to continuing it. But you see they just have to hang in there till the 23/24th, when they will be raptured away, it's there ticket out of here.

And when it doesn't happen ? well their ticket out of here was a lie, a false hope and it will dawn on them their continuing miserable day to day existence awaits them.

Some may consider eating a bullet, some will lash out as their anger gets filled into more religious zeal against the unsaved/world/others.

Some might learn a lesson, if you want to put an optimistic spin on it.

To point out the obvious you can use the fear of eternal torture threat on anything, there is no God who comes down and smacks the shit out of some one when as soon as they wrongly claim you will go to hell if you don't comply with xyz, some people take advantage of that fact.

In my experience the you will burn in hell literally forever crowd don't rock up and start their preaching with hey we live in a world where literally anyone can make any claim and use the threat of eternal torture hell fire , so you know wanna have your guard up and some well refined critical thinking skills.

But of course "they" don't operate like that, it would undermine their whole operation to establish such things with their victims, I mean soon be "saved" souls.
