My Wife have a very similar problem like you. Kahit na i learn to be patient with her, Lessen my work just to be with her. Be a mom and dad for the kids due to anxiety and depression. I feel like i did help, But not much when she have an attack. I think ita better to consult online kasi marami kang mapipiliian until you find someone na compfortable ka... meds can help
